Michael McDonnell and Robert Haydock have 45 years collective experience in property management and residential lettings.

Before setting up business together we worked throughout the south Manchester area, establishing & successfully expanding the Didsbury branch of one the UK’s largest letting agents. During this time, we acquired an excellent local knowledge of the private rented sector & learnt, from experience, the fundamental practices of good property management. Having set up our own Agency in 2000, we've since worked tirelessly to build a network consisting of local landlords &,  suitably qualified, reliable contractors. We've also established good working relationships with many other professionals equally connected with the lettings industry - such as solicitors, surveyors, independent financial consultants, & corporate asset managers.
